This study aims to propose an integrated RCUBE framework, which encompasses the various aspects of revenue, registration and records management within the land registry system.
The study was conducted in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India, through a combination of field surveys, focused group discussions and in-depth interviews with government employees. A mixed-method approach was used to arrive at the proposed solution.
Using the capabilities of blockchain technology, the proposed framework aims to provide a secure, tamper-proof and auditable information system.
The framework, along with the accompanying workflow process and algorithm, holds significant implications for policymakers in different states and countries, particularly for the state of Madhya Pradesh where it can be used for blockchain implementation in their land registry system.
