Public Library Annual Reports, 1972–73

THIS REVIEW of nearly sixty annual reports is the fourth in the series. It marks the end of an era, in that the majority of the reports are from English and Welsh library authorities, and these were the last to be prepared before local government re‐organization came into force in April 1974.
