To achieve this, the present research employs a structured and systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, applying the Scientific Procedures and Rationale for Systematic Literature Reviews (SPAR-4-SLR) technique, alongside the Theory-Context-Method (TCM) framework. This paper is focused on conducting a thorough examination of 89 papers sourced from Scopus and Web of Science and research explores the predominant theories, methods and contextual frameworks in the corpus. It also examines the most frequently utilized terminology concerning the antecedents, mediators, moderators and outcomes of HR constructs.

Findings

Research limitations/implications

To narrow down the collection of papers, this study used precise inclusion and exclusion criteria and only focused on TCM framework. Also, restriction to use of single domain with respect to employer branding.
