Unifying the threads of workplace digitalization: a bibliometric analysis of research tenor between 2014 and 2024

Grahadish Sarma is a Research Scholar in the Department of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India. He has obtained his B. Tech from Lovely Professional University and MBA degree from National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India. He has a cumulative work experience of more than six years in industry and academics. His areas of research interest include workplace digitalization, digital wellbeing, workforce diversity management, ethical climate, work engagement and job empowerment. His academic articles have been published by VV Giri National Labor Institute, Noida, India, Eliva Press, Moldova and Europe PMC to name a few.

Tanaya Nayak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India. She has pursued her PhD from National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Her research papers have been published in journals such as the Journal of Asia Business Studies, International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management, Industrial and Commercial Training, Journal of Health Management etc. Her areas of research interest include human resource management, organizational behavior, change management, technology and innovation and business ethics.
