Reflections on Supporting People: a case study of Outreach3Way Available to Purchase

This article describes the experience of a service for people with learning difficulties and the developments that have taken place since the introduction of Supporting People (SP), and its impact on the organisation. With SP on the cusp of change, it is useful to look back at what has been achieved since its introduction in 2003 and what the future holds as further changes begin to have an impact on the service.
