Where there is an ILL there’s a way: Australia after SAIL Available to Purchase

Describes the complicated current scene of Australian interlibrary lending. Discusses a report that was published in the wake of the 1987 Survey of Australia Inter‐Library Lending, which, it is argued,succeeded in raising more questions than it answered. Looks at the library task force set up to undertake a smaller‐scale follow up to SAIL. Finally considers other recent developments affecting ILL, in particular the increase of reciprocal borrowing arrangements and the current round of amalgamations of higher education institutions.
