Keywords: Copyright, Document supply, Licensing, Information services

A two-year-old copyright suit against the UnCover document delivery operation has been won by a group of authors in California. The court ruled that, before using material to fill requests from customers, UnCover must secure copyright permission from and pay royalties directly to the author.
