Ariel users will be able to use VDX’s resource sharing functionality. Features include high level activity and performance reporting, automated, low cost ILL supplier matching system, and financial accountability controls and monitors that perform accounting and copyright control procedures.

The software utilizes the Windows environment so that when a JEDDS/Ariel system is used with the VDX inter-lending system, they operate as a single system – minimizing keystrokes and maxing workflow as efficient as possible for ILL operations.
