Figure 1 Flowchart of the literature section based on the PRISMA approach Source(s): Author(s) (in the Lines of Hollebeek et al., 2024 ; Moher et al., 2009 ) A PRISMA-style flowchart tracks records from initial and secondary searches through screening, eligibility, and inclusion. The PRISMA-style flowchart is headed Identification of study for review and is organised into Identification, Screening, Eligibility, and Included stages. Two parallel search routes are presented. In the Initial Search, 462 records are identified through Scopus. After screening, 268 records remain, while 194 articles are excluded because they are not related to visual content. Next, 102 articles are assessed for eligibility. Exclusions at this stage comprise 79 inaccessible articles, 49 full-text articles not related to the topic, 30 book chapters, case studies, editorials and opinion pieces, and 8 articles in languages other than English. The route then states that 102 studies are included in the review. In the Secondary Search, 649 records are identified through Scopus. After removing 462 duplicates, 187 records are screened. Of these, 26 articles are assessed for eligibility. Exclusions comprise 15 inaccessible articles, 138 full-text articles not related to the topic, and 8 book chapters, case studies, editorials, and opinion pieces. The route then states that 26 studies are included in the review. The two inclusion routes converge on a final total of 128 included articles.
