This BRE initiative brings together major construction and client companies in an effort to promote the use of whole life costs (rather than just capital costs) when making construction decisions. Full membership of the Forum is to be limited to 80 members initially and will cost £3,000 per annum - it is anticipated that members will join for at least three years.
