NHBC announces first ever female winner of competition

Three winners have been named as the UK’s best house-building site managers in the finals of NHBC’s Pride in the Job competition, including Gillian Jenkins – the first ever female site manager to win a Supreme Award. Gillian of Laing O’Rourke Scotland Ltd, made it through all four stages of the competition, and won the award for her site management at the multi-storey CALA development at Glasgow Harbour. She was one of only three Supreme Award winners, who successfully beat off competition from over 18,000 contenders to win the ultimate accolade.
