JCT Building Contracts – New Versions

In October, the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT), released a new range of amendment documents, altering the content of the standard range of JCT building and construction contracts and forms. Initially, these amendments were released as separate documents, helping to illustrate the changes being made. For convenience and ease-of-use, however, the changes have now been fully incorporated into the existing documentation.
