This RICS document sets out a plan to re-engage RICS members at a local level. Communication is to be simpler, better targeted and “member friendly”. Policy making will become more transparent. There has been widespread disaffection upon RICS members with the impact that agenda for change has had on surveyors at the grass-roots level. The report can be viewed at: www.rics.org.
