This instrument makes a series of changes to the obligations that implement the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive; specifically relating to the age of energy performance certificates (EPCs) and home information packs (HIPs) and the registers of EPCs and disclosure of information by these registers. Came into force 1 October 2008.
