Following consultation with industry, the Government is introducing changes to Parts F, J and L of the Building Regulations from 1 October 2010 to help the UK meet its carbon zero commitment, and ultimately improve the UK’s building stock, making homes, offices and shops warmer and more cost-effective to run.
