Employment Strategies in Canadian and British Health Services Available to Purchase

Based on research undertaken in 1988, an examination is carried out of the strategies being pursued by the Canadian and the UK health services in the light of current realities. These include developing employment plans to cope with rising demand, escalating costs and a tighter labour market.
