Purpose
– The purpose of this paper is to enable readers of International Journal of Health Governance (IJHG) to gain a quick overview of the key concepts explored in this issue of the journal.
Design/methodology/approach
– The review is prepared by the review editor to highlight key points within each paper.
Findings
– The paper enables readers to scan content and select articles of most interest or relevance to their needs.
Originality/value
–IJHG is the only Emerald health journal which provides a review section of this kind.
