CWRUnet: A CWIS for Case Western Reserve University. Case Western Reserve University (CWRU, Case) has targeted the creation of a high‐powered campus‐wide network as a critical part of a ten‐year, $100,000 million development project Dubbed “CRWUnet” (pronounced crewnet) and expected to be completed in 1993, the optical fiber network will interconnect computers across the 128 acre campus in Cleveland, Ohio's University Circle and to other local, national, and international networks.
