Dial‐in Popularity. Deep Thought just celebrated its fifth anniversary for the dial‐in number to the online catalog. It's been online far longer than that, but the dial‐in was an afterthought, installed at the tail end of an Library Services and Construction Act (LSCA) grant designed primarily to place terminals in the high schools and the local community college.
