Leveraging Industry 4.0 capabilities for innovation and environmental sustainability performance: evidence from Indian pharmaceutical sector

Manoj Kumar is an Assistant Professor in Marketing at the GITAM School of Business, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Hyderabad Campus. He completed his PhD in Marketing (Consumer Behaviour) from HNB Garhwal University (A Central University), Srinagar, Uttarakhand, India. He has over 11 years of experience in academics and industry. His current research interests include knowledge management, consumer behaviour, impulsive buying, social media advertising, service innovation, customer decision-making, entrepreneurship, impulsive buying behaviour and hospitality services. He has published research articles in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals. He also presented papers at many national and international conferences and has attended various workshops on statistical tools and techniques. He actively reviewing research articles for various reputed publications, such as Sage, Emerald, Inderscience, IGI Global, Elsevier and Taylor and Francis.

Ranajee Ranajee is a Professor at GITAM Business School, GITAM deemed to be University, Hyderabad. He has sixteen years of experience spanning industry and academia. He holds a PhD in Finance, has been to Bangor University, United Kingdom during the PhD program as a visiting scholar. Ranajee brings his research interests in the domains of Corporate Finance, Strategic management and innovation. He has published numerous research articles in reputed journals which includes International Journal of Managerial Finance and North American Journal of Economics and Finance.

Adil Zia serves as an Associate Professor of Marketing at the College of Business, Al-Baha University, Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Marketing from AMU, Aligarh, India, and over 14 years of international experience in teaching and research. His primary areas of expertise include service marketing, consumer behavior, marketing research, marketing management and retail management. Zia has published extensively in esteemed, indexed journals such as Asian Business and Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, European Management Journal, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, The International Journal of Information and Learning Technology and Pacific Business Review International, among others.

Vandana Vandana is an Academician in the Marketing domain with a Doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. She is currently serving as Assistant Professor (Sr. Grade) at Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune. Her research work on topics such as user-experience design, child consumerism, e-service consumption, e-resources and sustainability, has been published in reputable SSCI and Scopus-indexed journals, with ABDC rankings. She actively participates in the academic community by contributing as a session chair in conferences and seminars, also contributing as an ad hoc reviewer for esteemed journals published by Elsevier, Emerald and Sage.
