Editorial

This issue of Managerial Law is divided into two parts. Part A comprises a selection of papers given at the International Seminar on Comparative Labour Law, Industrial Relations and Social Security held in Bordeaux, France in July 2005. This international seminar was organised by the Centre de Droit Comparé du Tzavail et de la SécuritéSociale at the Université Montesquieu – Bordeaux IV (COMPTRASEC UMR CHRS 5114) under the patronage of the International Society for Labour Law and Social Security; the International Association for Industrial Relations; the International Labour Office and the French Association for Labour Law and Social Security.

Part B comprises articles from the USA and from Israel.
