The Industrial Training Levy (Knitting, Lace and Net) Order 1971 (Amendment) Order 1971 Available to Purchase

The Secretary of State after approving proposals submitted by the Knitting, Lace and Net Industry Training Board for the amendment of the Industrial Training Levy (Knitting, Lace and Net) Order 1971 (which Order, herein‐after referred to as the “principal Order”, makes provision as to the levy to be imposed by the Board on employers in the knitting, lace and net industry in respect of the fifth levy period) and in exercise of his powers under section 4 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
