The Industrial Training (Transfer of the Activities of Establishments) (No. 2) Order 1974

The Secretary of State, on the recommendation of the Manpower Services Commission, and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9A(2) of the Industrial Training Act 1964, as inserted by section 6 of, and paragraph 13 of Part I of Schedule 2 to, the Employment and Training Act 1973, hereby makes the following Order:—
