The Industrial Training Levy (Furniture and Timber) Order 1974

The Secretary of State after approving proposals submitted by the Furniture and Timber Industry Training Board for the imposition of a further levy on employers in the furniture and timber industry and in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 as amended by paragraph 2(2) of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Employment and Training Act 1973, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
