Whereas by virtue of the Awards and Settlements (Temporary Continuation of Standstill) (No. 1) Order 1968 section 15 of the Prices and Incomes Act 1966 continued to apply to forbid the implementation of clause 1 of the undermentioned agreement and the implementation of the undermentioned award up to and including 26th July 1968, that is to say—
