The Goods Vehicles (Production of Test Certificates) Regulations 1970

The Minister of Transport, in exercise of his powers under section 14(9) of the Road Safety Act 1967, as amended by section 148 of the Transport Act 1968 and of all other enabling powers, after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with the provisions of section 260(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1960 as applied by section 29(6) of the said Act of 1967, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
