Article Type: Editorial From: International Journal of Law and Management, Volume 51, Issue 4.

Welcome to the second issue flowing from the symposium on corporate law and corporate governance reform hosted by Shanghai University in November 2008. We hope that readers find this collection of papers as stimulating and interesting as those contained in the preceding issue. They continue the theme of examining reform influences in China within a comparative law context, particularly the influences of Anglo-US approaches. We hope readers' find this approach stimulating and we look forward to receiving further contributions in this area.
