This conceptual paper synthesizes management, learning and development and ethics scholarship to propose a unified ethical systems framework for economic freedom training that specifies core training components, implementation strategies, ethical principles and exemplar cases.
AI can personalize financial education, increase access and sustain engagement; however, responsible use requires explicit alignment with ethical principles such as justice, duty-based transparency, stakeholder responsibility, autonomy and privacy. The proposed framework integrates these principles into program design and is illustrated with cross-industry cases.
Rather than treating “ethics” as an add-on, the paper advances an ethics-led systems approach that embeds moral responsibility across organizational training systems, links concrete risks such as bias, opacity, privacy and liability to named ethical principles, and provides a single, consolidated roadmap for practice and research.
