UNODC and the National Administration of Penitentiaries launched harm reduction programme in Romanian prisons

In February 2008, the National Administration of Penitentiaries and UNODC Project Office in Romania officially launched the common initiative of introducing harm reduction measures for people who inject drugs in three Romanian penitentiaries.
