Communications Forum: Shippers and the Rationalisation of Liner Shipping Available to Purchase

The current controversies over liner shipping must be viewed against a wide background. The opposition to certain aspects of the North Atlantic Pooling Agreement and the issues to be raised at the U.N.C.T.A.D. meeting in April 1972 are of concern to all shippers. This article deals with the aspects of liner service within which shippers should expect and support change.
