Andrés Muñoz-Villamizar is Assistant Professor in the School of Economics and Management Sciences at Universidad de La Sabana, Chia, Colombia. He received a Doctoral Degree from Tecnun, Universidad de Navarra, in 2018. He received the Master’s Degree in Operations Management from the Universidad de La Sabana and the Industrial Engineering Degree from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, Bogotá, Colombia. His research interests are related to supply chain management under collaborative and sustainable environments, simulation and optimization of logistics, production systems and transportation.

Javier Santos is Industrial Engineer, Researcher and Lecturer at Tecnun. He received his PhD Degree in 2002. His research and teaching focus is Lean Manufacturing and the environmental impact of production processes. He has participated in 23 research projects, published 40 scientific papers and conducted eight PhD Thesis. In 2006 he published a book Title Improving Production with Lean Thinking translated to four different languages. He has been Head of Management Department at Tecnun for nine year and Dean Assistance for six years.

Julio J. Garcia-Sabater is Professor of the Department of Business Organization of the Universitat Politècnica de València. He teaches business management and lean production. He is founding Member of the ROGLE group. His main lines of research are: continuous improvement, lean production system and adaptation of operations management tools for workers with disabilities. In relation to these areas, he has participated in projects with public financing as well as in projects with private companies.

Alvaro Lleo is Assistant Professor of the Industrial Management Department at Tecnun-School of Engineering of the University of Navarra. He teaches different courses related with Organizational Behavior in different Undergraduates Degrees and Master Programs. He received his PhD Degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He was Fellow Researcher at Harvard University (2014) and Visiting Scholar at Bentley University (2009 and 2018). Previously, He have supervised two doctoral theses, participated in ten research projects and have more than 30 publications in academical journals and conferences. His research areas are the sustainability of continuous improvement cultures in industries and in the service sectors.

Paloma Grau is Research Scientist in the Environmental Engineering Unit at CEIT and Professor at TECNUN, University of Navarra. She graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 2001 and obtained her doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Navarra in 2007. Her main research activity is focused on mathematical modeling and simulation for Environmental Systems. The fields of application of her research focus on technologies for the treatment and management of water, wastewater and solid wastes in urban and industrial systems.
