Art form

At a conference recently, one of the speakers suggested that great leadership is like great art – it works at every level. If it does not work at every level, a piece of art does not work as a complete work, and leadership similarly is incomplete. This suggests that good leaders have good plans, but great leaders ensure that those plans are executed at all levels – they follow through to the most detailed levels.
