Examines new government regulations concerning the safe use of visual display units and their implications for management. Argues that implementation should begin with directors of the company,and outlines how instructions should be passed to successively lower levels of management. Considers the cost to the organization of ignoring the regulations, and finally offers ways to promote an injury‐free attitude in the workplace.
