Examining operational wastes within Greek banking operations

Dr Robert Anthony Allen is Senior Lecturer and Deputy Director at Cranfield University working within management and leadership. He came to academia six years ago after 24 years in the public sector working in the UK Ministry of Defence. He specialises in procurement, business management skills and social psychology. He is also part of the Cranfield University flying faculty teaching other nation military, public sector staff and business leaders in the UK and overseas on behalf of the British Embassy. He has a PhD in the field of organisational behaviour.

Giannis Panagoulis is a specialist in logistics and purchasing. He is currently Senior Manager with Biologica Xorio, the largest bio-supermarket chain in Greece. He has gained an in-depth understanding of the Greek banking system through his family’s business interests. He has an MSc from the University of South Wales.

Gareth Reginald Terence White is Reader at the University of South Wales. He is Professional Mechanical Engineer with experience in automotive, civil and military nuclear engineering, FMCG, non-profit and SME manufacturing industries, and holds several patents in automotive safety-critical systems and Formula 1. He has a PhD in the field of Knowledge Acquisition from the University of the West of England.
