Dr Mohammed Laid Ouakouak is Assistant Professor of Management at Gulf University for Science and Technology, Kuwait, since September 2014. He graduated from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (France) with a Master of Science in Management in 2007 and a PhD in Management in 2012. Dr Ouakouak has served as a full time Lecturer in Management at University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne and subsequently, as Assistant Professor at IDRAC International School of Management in France. He has published in several international peer-reviewed journals. Dr Ouakouak main research interests include creativity, innovation, employee engagement, leadership and strategy.

Dr Bindu Arya is Associate Professor of Management at the University of Missouri – St Louis, USA. She has published several research papers in high-quality journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Management Studies, etc. Dr Arya’s areas of research are collaboration networks, enterprise strategy in emerging economies and corporate social responsibility in multinationals.

Dr Michel Zaitouni is Assistant Professor of Management at Gulf University for Science and Technology in the College of Business Administration, Kuwait, since September 2008. Dr Zaitouni’s fields of interest are human resource management, leadership, employee training and development and learning styles in organizations. Using matched employer employee data, his research in industrial organization examines the effect of human resource practices on firm and worker performance. His research in learning styles focuses on the link between organizational learning and strategy formulation.
