Rana B.S. Madi Odeh is PhD Candidate, Faculty of Business and Law, the British University in Dubai. With more than 14 years of experience she works as a senior engineering management specialist at Dubai Municipality, Dubai, UAE. Her research interests are focused on strategic management, innovation management and management of professional service firms.

Bader Yousef Obeidat is Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Jordan, Jordan (unpaid leave). He is currently working as a Professor at The British University of Dubai, UAE. He got his PhD from Durham University, England. His research interests are mainly strategic management, human resource management and leadership.

Mais Osama Jaradat has a BSc in Civil Engineering. She is a former MSc student in engineering Project Management at The University of Jordan. She is a PMP certified. Her research interest is in human resource management and strategic management especially in projects

Ra'ed Masa'deh is a Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Jordan. He received his PhD from the University of Nottingham, UK. He served as an Honor Professor at the University of Warwick, UK. Currently, he acts as the Assistant President for Accreditation and Quality Assurance at The University of Jordan-Aqaba Branch. Prof. Masa'deh won Abdul Hameed Shoman Arab Researchers Award in Economics and Administration Sciences in 2019, and got the Distinguished Researcher Awards in different management fields. His research interests include Knowledge Economy, IT-Business Strategic Alignment, Information Management, Knowledge Management Capabilities, IT-based Competitive Advantages, and SEM.

Muhammad Turki Alshurideh is working for the College of Business Administration, University of Sharjah, UAE, as a full-time faculty member and for the School of Business at the University of Jordan, Jordan. Regarding the teaching, he has the responsibility to teach a wide range of Marketing and Business topics for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has more than 90 published papers in different Marketing and Business topics mainly CRM and Customer Retention areas.
