New partners
Some people seem to resent consultants. They think them overpaid,under-implementers. Now, of course, I’m not one of them … but I have some advice for those of you who are. Just establish a “partnership”next time instead of a consultancy agreement. The legal and financial arrangements may be no different but the way in which you regard each other may be. What have you got to lose?
