Time management can be very important in urban planning and industrial working time as a means of improving citizens' living and working conditions. In view of this, the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions has relaunched BEST (the Bulletin of European Studies on Time) with a wider scope and a new series of features.
