E-Ceptionist, Inc. has signed an agreement with Vitao Denmark A/S, a Danish company, and will begin providing the E-Ceptionist Internet based scheduling(booking) service to Vitao's customers. Insurance companies in Denmark, Norway,Sweden and Finland will use the service. E-Ceptionist will allow Vitao's customers to schedule appointments with health care providers within the Vitao health care network in addition to the client's managed care network. European insurance giant Skandia is among the Vitao customers that will be using the E-Ceptionist service. (Vitao is a Danish company that provides health care services to both insurance companies and private sector companies. The Vitao service allows users access to health care and wellness providers as well as health care services provided to customers on the Internet. The wellness services that will be scheduled through E-Ceptionist include physical therapy,weight control seminars, health checks, exercise classes, vaccinations and smoking cessation. The company is currently active in Denmark and will be operative in Norway, Sweden and Finland later this year. Vitao plans to expand its services to other European countries in the future.)
