A tale of two markets: Contrasting approach to developments in Govern Garden and Les Halles

Covent Garden and Les Halles have three things in common: In the sixties they were both dominated by busy wholesale markets, by the seventies the produce markets had moved out, and by 1980 both sites had been transformed, but in very different ways.
