Cites the most common elements of religious discrimination as the discounting of other people’s beliefs, religious jokes, compulsory services, exclusionary prayer, non association due to religion, failure to provide alternative services and lack of concern. Discusses the Workplace Religious freedom Act and the guidance of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Provides some examples of good practice and lists some recommendations.
