Fulden Nuray Kucukergin is based at the Faculty of Tourism, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Ankara, Turkey. She is Research Assistant at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. She obtained BSc degree from Ege University, Çeşme School of Tourism and Hospitality, Department of Tourism Guiding in 2010, MSc from Gazi University, Education Sciences Institute, Tourism Management Education in 2016 and is continuing Ph.D. education at Tourism Management Department, Gazi University, Social Sciences Institute. Her research interests include tourist guiding, sociology, social psychology, archaeology and tourism management.

Yuksel Ozturk is based at the Faculty of Tourism, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Ankara, Turkey. He is Professor of Tourism at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. He received his BA in Tourism and Hotel Management from Uludağ University in Turkey and MSc and Ph.D. degrees from the Scottish Hotel School at University of Strathclyde, UK. Dr Öztürk has published articles in the leading international tourism journals such as Tourism Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, The Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research and Journal of Vocation Marketing. His main research interests focus on consumer behaviour, marketing in travel and tourism, public relation, tourism policy and planning and disabled customers.
