Water hydraulics guide
The BFPA's new guide to products and suppliers of water hydraulic equipment was issued to coincide with the Hannover Fair. Copies, free of charge, are available on request.
BFPA's new Water Hydraulics Committee is making excellent progress. As well as producing the product guide 14 out of the 17 companies involved in the committee have participated in a new annual statistical survey giving sales for 1996 by product and by customer industry.
Future work is concerned with preparing a brief technical guide (similar to BFPA's successful Engineer's Data Book) and a working group has been established. The committee is also liaising with similar groups in Germany and the USA.
The new chairman of the committee is Nick Gower, of Hauhinco Water Hydraulics.
