Kits containing a selection of advanced equipment that enable a wide variety of hydraulic systems to be tested are now available from Pirtek. They contain a range of Minimess and HSP test points plus microbore hose and associated instrumentation (see Plate 3).

Designed for use by companies which manufacture, use, service or repair machinery utilising hydraulics, the equipment represents some of the most advanced technology on the market.

Pirtek test points allow simple connection and easy access to the hydraulic system while under a pressure of up to 630 bar. The pressure's test points can be replaced at strategic locations throughout the hydraulic system in order to gather critical measurement data. Pressure gauges can then be connected to the system to take readings at multiple locations, so eliminating the need for permanently installed gauges.
