De La Pena 901 CXR - formulated for high-pressure performance in hard water areas

Keywords: Lubricants, Metal working fluids

Specialist cutting fluid manufacturer De La Pena Lubricants has formulated a biostable semi-synthetic metalworking fluid to enable high-pressure coolant systems to work effectively in hard water areas.

901 CXR contains a blend of extreme pressure additives and friction modifiers that deliver a combination of high performance, high lubricity and high levels of corrosion resistance. This makes 901 CXR ideal for a wide range of machining operations, on conventional and CNC machining centres, where high-pressure coolant systems are used.

It is suitable for machining aluminium and its alloys, and all ferrous and non-ferrous metals where extreme pressure performance is required. High lubricity and extreme pressure additives ensure excellent tool life and component finish and foam-free operation, even where systems with high delivery pressures are operating in hard water areas.

901 CXR is extremely user friendly, providing a pleasant working environment and long sump life.
