The Saturno Dry Steam-Vapour cleaning system for production line cleaning reduces downtime, and eliminates the need to strip machinery down prior to the removal of stubborn grease, fats and swarf. Production equipment is quickly left clean, dry and ready for use.
As very little condensate is produced from the dry steam vapour generated at 180°C, Saturno is safe to use in the presence of electrics to IP65.
Highly mobile, Saturno is a fast and effective one-man operation, and is available in 14kw and 7kw versions, 415 volt 3-phase. Cleaning lance, brush and pistol tools are included together with six-metre hose as standard. Additional purpose-made tools are available, including automatic conveyor belt cleaner, floor and walls tools.
Operating controls at the handle of the equipment are low voltage (only 24v) and pose no risk to the operator.
The Saturno is currently being used in heavy industry, packaging, food processing and bakeries with such prestigious names as Rolls-Royce Engines, CPC, Courtaulds, CMB, Rexam,AssiDoman, Allied Bakeries and British Bakeries, KP and Tate & Lyle.
