First detailed survey of job evaluation

Job evaluation is increasingly used by employers in Britain and, assuming that company management continues to increase in complexity and sophistication and that jobs continue to change as rapidly as they have recently, it will be used more and more in the future, states a new Survey Report, published by the British Institute of Management.
