Dr. Yousra Harb received her PhD in Information Systems from Dakota State University (DSU), USA, MS in Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS) from DSU, USA and Yarmouk University (YU), Jordan and Bachelor in MIS from YU in Jordan. She is an Assistant Professor in MIS from the Department of Information Technology at YU. Her research interests are in the areas of knowledge management, data analytics, healthcare analytics, e-commerce and e-government.

Dr. Ali Zahrawi is an Assistant Professor in IS from Information Technology Department at Yarmouk University in Jordan, where he has been since 2016. He received his PhD in Systems Science and Management from National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2012. His research interests are in knowledge management, e-government, e-learning applications, ERP systems, and service science approach.

Dr. Issa Shehabat earned his PhD, MSc, and BSc, in Computer Systems and Networks from National Technical University “Kharkov Polytechnic Institute” - UKRAINE. He is an Assistant Professor in Management Information Systems at Yarmouk University. His research interests in areas like Knowledge Management, E-Learning, E-Commerce, E-Government, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Total Quality Management. He worked in the development of e-learning systems under the umbrella of the UNESCO projects. He has published many articles in journals and conferences and authored two book chapters. Dr. Shehabat worked as a vice Dean and head of a department at Philadelphia University- Jordan, a Director of Quality Assurance at King Saud and Shaqra Universities – Saudi Arabia, and assistant dean for accreditation and quality assurance at Yarmouk University-Jordan.

Dr. Zuopeng (Justin) Zhang is a faculty member in the Coggin College of Business at University of North Florida. He was previously an Associate Professor of Management, Information Systems, and Analytics at State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration on Management Science and Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University, University Park. His research interests include economics of information systems, knowledge management, electronic business, business process management, information security, and social networking. He is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Global Information Management, an ABET program evaluator, and an IEEE senior member.
