Lu Han is a professor at School of Spatial Planning and Design, Hangzhou City University. Her research mainly engaged in urban and rural land use policy, land spatial governance, land spatial planning. She has presided over two National Natural Science Foundation of China, seven provincial and ministerial level projects, and has published more than 20 papers in influential journals. She was awarded the second prize and the third prize of the Outstanding Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Science of Zhejiang Province. She is also a member of the Professional Committee of Agricultural Spatial Planning and Implementation of Zhejiang Society of Land Spatial Planning, an expert in the field of ecological environment in Zhejiang Province, and a member of the Youth Editorial Committee of China Land Science.

Hao Wu is a master student in Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. Her research mainly focuses on urban and rural land use policy. She has published several papers on urban and rural development.

Buqing Fang is a PhD student at school of public administration, China University of Geosciences. He is also an assistant researcher at Zhejiang Media College. His main research is focusing on data mining and public policy analysis. He pays special interest in the rural development and pension industry.

Wangyue Zhou is an associate profession at School of Management, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. Her research mainly focuses on consumers’ behavior in Rural E-commerce and Social commerce. She has published several papers in international journals concerning Rural development, E-commerce and social commerce.
