He served as an Affiliate Professor of Information Systems at Howe School of Technology Management, Stevens Institute of Technology, USA. He received his Doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi on E-Business Strategy. He has over 17 years of teaching, research, and consultancy experience in the field of IT Strategy and E-Business Strategy, and actively involved in various consultancy assignments of government or industry in the USA, Kenya, Middle East, as well as in India. Muhammad Mustafa Kamal is an Associate Professor in Sustainable Operations and Analytics and Deputy Head of the Operations and Analytics Department at the University of Exeter Business School. Prior to joining the University of Exeter, Kamal was an Associate Professor in Supply Chain Management, and Curriculum Lead (Head of Subject Group) in Business Analytics and Digital Transformation at Coventry University. Samuel Fosso Wamba is Associate Dean for Research at TBS Education, France, and a Distinguished Visiting Professor at The University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
